Current Volunteer Content Strategist with U.S. Digital Response
As a content strategy volunteer, I am helping a U.S. city to improve the UX content strategy on their website homepage. This will help increase their usability, consistency, and accessibility, driving increased engagement among citizens and ease of use for business users.
My current project is in progress as of June 2024. I’ll be able to discuss and feature my work after the project is accepted by the government client and it goes live to the public.
U.S. Digital Response (USDR) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that helps governments and organizations respond quickly and efficiently to support the critical needs of the public. As pro-bono technologist with USDR, I provide technical support to help governments and nonprofits deliver critical services. To date, USDR has partnered with 200+ governments and organizations to serve more than 42 million people nationwide. www.USDigitalResponse.org
